New customer, unable to access account through ATM in France with additional card.
I understand if there is an error in the cards, but the email or chat hotline will not respond after 2 days.
When I complained to Pissed consumer, I then received an email from fairfx to say that customer relations will contact me within 2 or 3 days. Not good when my associate is waiting in France for some cash from the additional card.
We shall see what progresses.

Preferred solution: Use of both my fairfx cards so that I can withdraw my money from an ATM in Europe.

No answer no reply been trying since 7th March
We are due to go on holiday 22/3/2024 unable to access my account we wanted to top up account unable to due this you have ruined our holiday completely we have been with fairfx for along time I am thinking of pulling out from your company for good looking at a company

Can’t get onto my account
I can not get In touch with them and not able to get my account away next week and nobody has sorted this out

Tired to add money to new card via new app. It kept asking me to sign in.
Managed to get as far as OTP to pay when was asked again to sign in.
Had to start again. Fairfx now trying to get me to pay twice.
- When system works all is great offers good exchange rate
- Unable to contact anyone to resolve issues

I want to speak to human
I have issues with the cards and my money.
Web chat are not responding
Emails not answered
No customer service
My bank refused payment because account code and number do not match bank name. No chat, no phone number that is helpful, no helpful email response
Pin not working on card abroad
Please dont use FairFX for your normal monthly transfers use TorFX
They will actually answer the phone to you!

Still trying to get a closing statement from Fairfx as I believe they have not given me my money in the account. I cannot access it now either. Terrible company do not use this business.

New Pin Number request
At the beginning it was hard work to SIGN in to get another password for the new platform eventually got through to some lady who said she could do it for me to get new card as I was struggling awaiting that

I am, currently, in Portugal. Yesterday afternoon 15th January, I went through the process to top up my card.
Now, almost one day later the transaction has not been completed.
Please tell me when it will complete and the reason for taking so long. My husband used this service in December and the completion time was one and a half hours.

Absolutrly useless
App does not work. Simple as that.
Don't use Fair FX if you actually want to use your card to spend money overseas. The service is hopeless. Tried to put money onto my card using my hsbc debit card. App says my 'card' (without saying whether its referring to the fair fx card or the hssbc card) is blocked to prevent fraudulent use.l and gives me hsbc's number to call.
Called hsbc and there's nothing wrong st all with my card (which I know is true as I just used it to buy something. Whoever runs fair fx IT should be fired.
