Incredibly frustrating
They same the same thing over and over again.
It has not helped my problem one little bit.
I need a new pin number, and all I get told is to click on the pin number button by my card on screen. There is no button next to my card. Only by my husbands card.
Emails back and forth don't help.
Now they want to send me a new card. I have a card linked to my husbands card and it has $ on it. I don't want a new card, just a new pin number
The staff who answer the emails have no idea what they are doing.
Can't get to speak to a human.
So frustrating

I had to put in a live chat request on line, all were busy and had to wait forty / fifty minutes for a reply- is that good enough?
