I have tried to cancel Fairfx several times but no luck I want to transfer my balance to Lloyds Bank I also want the cash I paid in two amounts of 400 pounds paid in December

It was confirmed my transfer was complete but it had not arrived to my beneficiary .

You do not appear to act on my requests
I have requested the following amounts be refunded 2 x 400 paid in December so far nàda so I requested my account to be closed ASAP SO far nothing has happened

Overcharged fees
No notification that card was out of date. When new card arrived we activated it but were then charged three times. We CANNOT get a straight reply from Fairfield despite at least four e-mails!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Obtained direct number via pissed customer, issue very quickly resolved.
After accessing telephone which you provided, excellent assistance given.
Have used Fairfx for many years, only recent changes to platform/website led to confusion, hopefully now back to normal service.

Very slow to respond; then its only in uk working hours when most of their customers are in other time zones. We have given up with them as a week now in USA and card still does not work: AVOID

Worked out what to do with help of son who also has Fx a/c.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After depositing funds with Fairfx their computer system shut down for many days, unable to get help from their helpline or chat line I withdrew my funds and made alternative arrangements.
Since then Fairfx contacted me to rectify the problem, I still plan to use them again. Thank you for your help with this company.
Hi I'm new to FairFX, just got my card, paid U.K. pounds into my account.
I then got my associate a card on my account, sent it to him in France so he can get Euros from an ATM.
He is currently unable to withdraw Euros from an ATM in France, what should I do?
All afternoon I have tried to email the help@***.com but no connection, also with the Chat line, what should I do?

At my wits end with FairFX
I have been with FairFX almost from the beginning and was very happy.
Since the platform change I have been unable to set up in the same way the new cards to replace the old ones.
The help facility is a joke ( a BOT I assume) and it is impossible to speak to a human.
Choices in drop down menus disappear or are there for only a few seconds requiring multiple log-ins without success. Been trying for 45 mins to make an international transfer to a business that have been recipients many times.
Disaster zone now and time to leave.

Trying to sort out a linked card on my account for my daughter and it not easy to do and you cant speak to a human person.. I have used Fairfx for many years and never had this issue

Dreadful. Urgent situation within their office hours.
Their telephone system advised office was closed and dumped my call.
No response from web chat. Chaotic organisation I'll equipped to deal with it's customers and financial systems that are inadequate.
Left in Turin with no access to currency via the currency card taken out with Fairfax and to which bank had sent funds.

New customer, unable to access account through ATM in France with additional card.
I understand if there is an error in the cards, but the email or chat hotline will not respond after 2 days.
When I complained to Pissed consumer, I then received an email from fairfx to say that customer relations will contact me within 2 or 3 days. Not good when my associate is waiting in France for some cash from the additional card.
We shall see what progresses.

Lost card up date profle
No answer no reply been trying since 7th March
We are due to go on holiday 22/3/2024 unable to access my account we wanted to top up account unable to due this you have ruined our holiday completely we have been with fairfx for along time I am thinking of pulling out from your company for good looking at a company

I can not get In touch with them and not able to get my account away next week and nobody has sorted this out

Me too. Website does not work either in app or on computer.
I also tried to close my account and get refund of my money to no avail. No support at all, impossible to speak to anyone. O have followed all instructions but they all fail. The web chat is a joke, suggested response within 30 minutes but I had to go out after an hour and still no response.
I still need my £236. 66p.
